This was an amazing introduction to making the most fabulous macarons! Jojo is the loveliest human, and the whole experience felt more like a catch-up with friends… just with baking involved. She has such a wonderful way of making sure everyone mixes and pipes perfectly… it’s as if her mind is constantly thinking ahead and checking in on how to make everything work for us. Her instructions are clear, thoughtful, and delivered with so much kindness. We absolutely loved the class and are already looking at dates to come back and do it again!

Since taking a cooking class on our last holiday to Paris, we swore we’d never go anywhere again without adding a local cooking class to our itinerary. This little hour-and-a-half workshop was the perfect interlude to sit down, have a rest, and learn how to bake — and properly eat (we’re Americans and had some unlearning to do) — British scones. Jojo was an absolute gem and we enjoyed every minute of our time with her. The scones were delicious and we enjoyed a lovely chat while we ate them with some tea. Thus refreshed, we were ready to continue with the rest of our day!!

Jojo was so personable and an excellent instructor. She made the class fun and relaxing. We learned a lot about making scones and how to eat them. Highly recommend! Would definitely do another class when I return to London.

My friends and I went here to celebrate a birthday and it was such a positive and memorable experience. JOJO was a fantastic teacher who was so patient and knowledgeable with all the questions that we had. She was also such a joy to have around and made the experience as fun as it was. Would definitely reccomend and will definitely revisit for another workshop!!

We had a great time together at Jojo's Poke Pie Workshop! Even though we booked last minute, Jojo, a truly lovely lady, was incredibly welcoming and kind. She guided us through making tasty poke pie from scratch, and the whole experience was thoroughly enjoyable. We highly recommend it!

I booked a workshop for the pork pies and it's was absolutely great ! Jojo is nice, friendly and a really good cooker. The pork pies were delicious and I am now able to do it on my own. Thank you again Jojo for the quality time we spent :=)

What a fabulous fun evening with JoJo, with the added benefit of absolutely delicious macarons at the end of it. We arranged this as a fun girls' night out, taking full advantage of JoJo's suggestion to bring a bottle of bubbles to enjoy while we learnt (highly recommended!). We are baking novices and I was pretty sceptical that the output would be edible, let alone look like the macarons I buy and love to eat, but JoJo is a great teacher and very patient. The pace and timing was just right, with lots of time to chat and learn the key hints and tips for producing fabulous macarons. JoJo makes it look so easy and I'm looking forward to trying this out at home - hopefully with the same great results!

Yesterday my friend and I completed the Macaron class. It was so much fun with Dora. She was a great instructor and we got to make some very tasty macarons. I highly recommend this wonderful workshop!!

My son and I attended the Macaron making class and was immediately made to feel welcomed with JoJo.
We were lucky, as it was just us 2 there and felt personalised. We were able to ask as much questions to her.
Her bubbly personality and professionalism made the class so much fun and we came out with mouth-watering macarons.

I cannot wait to do the marshmallow class with her.
