Join me, JoJo, for this dreamy chocolate masterclass where you’ll get to make your own chocolate truffles whilst sipping on the drinks of your choice. Bring your own bottles and enjoy!
In our studio you’ll first get stuck into making a creamy ganache centre and learn to create perfect little spheres before coating them in chocolate or cocoa powder (this bit can get messy!) and then decorating them with sprinkles and cocoa nibs. You'll take loads home with you and you can nibble as you go!
This 3 hour class is perfect for those who love chocolate, We can cater for vegans too and making dreamy chocolate truffles for your special day!
